Travel beyond our standard radius is quoted transparently with the booking, never added afterwards.
Auckland and Waikato
Regular routes for corporate functions, hotel events and brand activations. Overnight crews for early bump-ins.
Wellington and Manawatū
Conference galas and company functions, usually with a next-morning collection to suit venue schedules.
Bay of Plenty and Hawke's Bay
Winery, lodge and coastal venue events, including marquee floors on uneven ground.
Canterbury and Otago
South Island bookings with consolidated freight; worth planning four to six weeks out.
Queenstown and lakes
Destination events and lodge buy-outs, coordinated with your venue's delivery windows.
Venue types
Rooms we build in regularly
- Hotel function rooms
- The easiest case: lifts, loading docks and a venue manager used to suppliers. We supply the technical sheet they will ask for.
- Conference centres
- Large floors with tight bump-in windows. Our crews work to the venue's dock schedule rather than our own.
- Lodges and wineries
- Beautiful rooms with awkward access. We survey first and bring compact tables where doorways demand it.
- Marquees
- Level-ground checks, cable routes and weather contingency agreed in writing before the booking is accepted.
- Offices and warehouses
- Internal events in your own space, usually for team building programmes.
- Private homes
- Compact single-table floors with quiet delivery and evening removal.
Logistics
What we need from a venue
Access
A standard double doorway, a level route from the unloading point and a goods lift for upper floors.
Space
Roughly 3.5 × 2.5 metres per table including standing room.
Power
One standard outlet per two tables for lighting accents.
Time
Two to three hours before doors for a full floor; 45 to 60 minutes for a single table.
Every booking is for adults-only, offline entertainment with symbolic chips. We do not operate gambling of any kind, anywhere in New Zealand.
