Every table we own travels in a protective case, breaks down to fit a standard lift and reassembles in under twenty minutes. That matters more than it sounds: most venue headaches are access problems, not floor problems.
Hire includes delivery, assembly, dressing, collection and a technical sheet your venue can sign off. Dry hire is available to event agencies and production companies, with a written briefing covering the adults-only, no-money format the tables must be used in.

What is included
Everything in the booking
We do not publish prices. Every evening is quoted individually, based on the size of the event, the venue, the number of tables and the format you choose.

- Full-size themed table, jade felt, brass trim, transported in a padded flight case.

- Crew delivery, on-site assembly, dressing and collection within our operating area.
- Symbolic chip set
- A complete chip and card set per table, with no monetary value.

- Dimensions, weights, access requirements and power draw for your venue manager.
- Optional hosts
- Add trained hosts per table, or run the floor with your own team under our briefing.

Capacity is up to 300 guests and we staff events for up to 8 hours. Both figures are limits, not targets — most evenings are considerably smaller.

Why this is a safe offline format
Mobile table hire runs entirely in person at your venue. Guests receive symbolic chips free of charge; those chips have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for money, vouchers or goods, and are collected at the end of the night. There is no betting, no stake of any kind, no payout and no online component. Entry is restricted to adults aged 20+ and over, and our hosts state the format out loud before each table opens.

Feedback is published anonymously. We never use client logos or name organisations without written permission.
Access at our venue is awful and they had the whole floor in and built before the client arrived. The technical sheet saved us an argument with the building manager.

Questions about this format
Can we hire tables without hosts?
Yes. Dry hire is available to agencies, venues and production companies. The hire agreement states that tables may only be used for adults-only entertainment with symbolic chips, and never for gambling, betting or cash prizes.
How far do you deliver?
We operate across New Zealand. Travel outside our standard radius is quoted with the booking.
What access do you need?
A standard double doorway, a level route from the unloading point and a goods lift if the room is not on the ground floor. We confirm all of this before the booking is accepted.
