Corporate events

Built for the evening after the formal part is over

Most company functions have the same problem: the speeches finish, the room splits into the groups that already knew each other, and the night quietly fades. A themed table floor fixes that. Guests are handed an identical allocation of symbolic chips on arrival, and within ten minutes people who have never shared a project are standing shoulder to shoulder at the same table.

We produce the entertainment layer only. Your venue, caterer and AV supplier keep doing what they do best; we arrive with the tables, the hosts, the lighting accents and a floor plan that has already been checked against your room dimensions.

Who it suits

Where this format earns its place

Year-end functions

The classic use case — 60 to 300 guests, a two to three hour entertainment window inside a longer evening.

Conference gala nights

A closing night that gives delegates something to do together after three days of sitting in rows.

Client appreciation evenings

A hosted format where your team can circulate naturally instead of working a room cold.

Product launches

Branded felt, branded chips and a photo wall that puts your identity into every picture guests take.

What is included

Everything in the booking

We do not publish prices. Every evening is quoted individually, based on the size of the event, the venue, the number of tables and the format you choose.

Full-size themed tables
Roulette-style, blackjack-style and poker-style tables with brass-trimmed rails and jade felt, delivered, assembled and removed by our crew.
Professional hosts
One trained host for every table, briefed on your company, your running order and the names that matter.
Symbolic chip economy
Every guest receives an identical welcome allocation. Chips carry no monetary value and are never exchanged for money, vouchers or goods.
Floor plan and setup
A scaled plan agreed in advance, two to three hours of bump-in and a discreet pack-down after the entertainment window closes.
Leaderboard close
An optional light-hearted leaderboard moment at the end of the night, with a non-monetary keepsake such as a trophy or a branded certificate.
Compliance briefing
A short, friendly announcement at the start confirming that the tables are entertainment only — no money changes hands at any point.

Why this is a safe offline format

Corporate casino evenings runs entirely in person at your venue. Guests receive symbolic chips free of charge; those chips have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for money, vouchers or goods, and are collected at the end of the night. There is no betting, no stake of any kind, no payout and no online component. Entry is restricted to adults aged 20+ and over, and our hosts state the format out loud before each table opens.

Client feedback

What organisers tell us

Feedback is published anonymously. We never use client logos or name organisations without written permission.

The entertainment window was the part everyone talked about on Monday. Our people had a reason to move around the room, and the hosts kept the whole thing light and well paced.

Good to know

Questions about this format

Is this gambling?
No. Guests play with symbolic chips that have no monetary value. There are no stakes, no payouts, no betting and no cash prizes. Nothing on the floor can be bought with money or exchanged for money afterwards.
How many tables do we need?
A good rule of thumb is one table for every 25 to 30 guests if you want everyone playing at once, or one per 40 if the tables are part of a wider programme. We confirm the mix once we know your room.
Can you work around speeches and dinner service?
Yes. We build the entertainment window around your running order, and our hosts pause tables for speeches on your cue.
Do you need anything from the venue?
Standard power for lighting accents, a service door for the equipment and a cleared floor area. We send a technical sheet your venue manager can sign off.
