Table format

Why it anchors a floor

A roulette-style table has the largest standing capacity of anything we bring, the shortest learning curve, and a natural pause between rounds that people talk across. If you only have room for one table, this is usually the one.

Ours are full-size, brass-railed and finished in jade felt, with a layout board for placing symbolic markers. The host explains everything in under a minute and keeps the table moving without ever letting it feel like a queue.

What is included

Everything in the booking

We do not publish prices. Every evening is quoted individually, based on the size of the event, the venue, the number of tables and the format you choose.

Full-size themed table
Brass-trimmed rail, jade felt, marker layout and wheel-style centrepiece, transported in protective cases.
Trained host
Runs the table, teaches the rules, manages the symbolic chip flow and keeps the pace comfortable.
Symbolic chip set
Colour-coded chips with no monetary value, issued free and collected at the end.
Lighting accent
A warm, low-glare light over the table so it reads as the centre of the room.
Delivery, setup and removal
Included as standard anywhere we operate in New Zealand.

Who it suits

Where this format earns its place

Mixed guest lists

No experience needed; the host teaches the whole table at once in about sixty seconds.

Large standing floors

Up to twelve guests play and twice that number watch comfortably.

Short entertainment windows

Rounds are quick, so a 90-minute window still feels generous.

How it runs

The sequence on the day

  1. Setup

Table assembled and dressed 60 to 90 minutes before doors.

  2. Briefing

A sixty-second explanation whenever a new group arrives.

  3. Rounds

Short, hosted rounds with symbolic markers only.

  4. Rotation

Guests swap in and out freely; the host manages the flow.

Why this is a safe offline format

Roulette table entertainment runs entirely in person at your venue. Guests receive symbolic chips free of charge; those chips have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for money, vouchers or goods, and are collected at the end of the night. There is no betting, no stake of any kind, no payout and no online component. Entry is restricted to adults aged 20+ and over, and our hosts state the format out loud before each table opens.

What organisers tell us

Feedback is published anonymously. We never use client logos or name organisations without written permission.

We put one table in the middle of the room and it became the meeting point for the whole night.
