Team building that mixes the room on purpose

Team building

Team building that mixes the room on purpose

A structured rotation rather than a free-for-all. Teams are drawn to cut across departments, each table is a station, and the whole programme is scored with symbolic points and finished within two hours.

Team building

Designed around who talks to whom

The reason team building so often fails is that people stay with the colleagues they already know. Our programme removes that choice politely: teams are drawn at the door, tables are stations, and every rotation puts a different group together.

Scoring is symbolic throughout — points on a board, not money on a table. The close is a short recognition moment with keepsakes, so nobody leaves with anything of monetary value and nobody needs to feel competitive about it afterwards.

How it runs

The sequence on the day

  1. Draw

Teams are drawn at the door so departments are deliberately mixed.

  2. Station briefing

Each table gets a 90-second explanation from its host.

  3. Rotations

Three to five timed rotations, typically 15 to 20 minutes each.

  4. Leaderboard

Points are posted between rotations so the room can follow it.

  5. Close

A short recognition moment and a group photo.

Why this is a safe offline format

Team building programmes runs entirely in person at your venue. Guests receive symbolic chips free of charge; those chips have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for money, vouchers or goods, and are collected at the end of the night. There is no betting, no stake of any kind, no payout and no online component. Entry is restricted to adults aged 20+ and over, and our hosts state the format out loud before each table opens.

Client feedback

What organisers tell us

Feedback is published anonymously. We never use client logos or name organisations without written permission.

We asked for something that would force people out of their usual groups and that is exactly what the rotation did. It also finished on time, which almost never happens.

Good to know

Questions about this format

Is any of this gambling?
No. The programme is scored in points on a leaderboard. There are no stakes, no money, no betting and no cash prizes — the close is recognition only.
What if some people do not want to play?
The rotation includes observer roles and the hosts never pressure anyone. Most reluctant participants end up at a table by the second rotation anyway.
Can it run in our own office?
Often, yes, if you have a clear floor area and goods access. We will check your space before confirming.
