What we train for
Our hosts are trained on three things: teaching a table in ninety seconds, keeping a round moving without rushing anyone, and stating the format clearly. Every host opens a new table by confirming out loud that the chips are symbolic and that nothing is played for money.
They arrive uniformed, briefed on your event and your guest names where that helps, and they work to your running order. Hosts can be booked with our tables or supplied on their own to agencies and venues with their own equipment.

We do not publish prices. Every evening is quoted individually, based on the size of the event, the venue, the number of tables and the format you choose.

Capacity is up to 300 guests and we staff events for up to 8 hours. Both figures are limits, not targets — most evenings are considerably smaller.

Why this is a safe offline format
Hosts & croupiers runs entirely in person at your venue. Guests receive symbolic chips free of charge; those chips have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for money, vouchers or goods, and are collected at the end of the night. There is no betting, no stake of any kind, no payout and no online component. Entry is restricted to adults aged 20+ and over, and our hosts state the format out loud before each table opens.

Questions about this format
Can we book hosts without tables?
Yes. Hosts can be supplied to agencies, venues and production companies running their own equipment, subject to a written briefing on the adults-only, symbolic-chip format.
How many hosts do we need?
One per active table, plus a lead host once you are running four tables or more.
Do hosts handle money?
Never. There is no money on an entertainment floor. Hosts issue and collect symbolic chips only.
