Production

One run sheet, one contact

Once an event has more than three suppliers, most of the risk moves from the entertainment to the coordination. Who is on site at four? Who signs for the power? What happens if the speeches run twenty minutes late?

Production bookings answer all of that in writing before the day. You get a scaled floor plan, a bump-in schedule, a staffing roster, a lighting plan and a minute-by-minute run sheet that every supplier works from — plus one person on site whose only job is to make the sequence happen.

What is included

Everything in the booking

We do not publish prices. Every evening is quoted individually, based on the size of the event, the venue, the number of tables and the format you choose.

Scaled floor plan
Drawn to your venue's dimensions, with sightlines, circulation and service routes marked.
Lighting design
Warm, low-glare table lighting and ambient washes — never flashing or strobing effects.
Staffing roster
Hosts, floor manager, welcome team and crew, with call times.
Supplier coordination
We speak to your venue, caterer and AV supplier directly.
Run sheet
A minute-by-minute document issued to everyone before the event week.
On-site management
A production lead on the floor from bump-in to pack-down.

Why this is a safe offline format

Full event production runs entirely in person at your venue. Guests receive symbolic chips free of charge; those chips have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for money, vouchers or goods, and are collected at the end of the night. There is no betting, no stake of any kind, no payout and no online component. Entry is restricted to adults aged 20+ and over, and our hosts state the format out loud before each table opens.

Client feedback

What organisers tell us

Feedback is published anonymously. We never use client logos or name organisations without written permission.

Having one person responsible for the sequence changed the night. Our venue and caterer had the same run sheet we did, so nothing needed chasing.

Questions about this format

Do you replace our event manager?
No — we work alongside them. Most clients keep their internal owner and use us for the entertainment floor, the plan and the on-site sequence.
Can you work with our existing suppliers?
Yes. We coordinate with whoever you already use and issue them the same run sheet.
Does production change the nature of the entertainment?
Not at all. However large the event, the tables remain adults-only offline entertainment with symbolic chips — no gambling, no betting, no cash prizes.
